1. Always take time for yourself, at least 30 minutes per day.
2. Be aware of your own stress meter: Know when to step back and cool down.
3. Concentrate on controlling your own situation, without controlling
everybody else.
4. Daily exercise will burn off the stress chemicals....
5. Eat lots of fresh fruit, veggies, bread and water, give your body the best for it to perform at its best.
6. Forgive others, don't hold grudges and be tolerant -- not everyone is as capable as you.

Its so strange that a lot of us are actually scared to give a compliment to someone special in our life. To this date, I have never understood that why people do not share their true feelings with any one. For some reason, many of us are scared to say the three words that mean a lot to us, some of us due to our ego do not wish to say the word sorry and some of us thru our communication skills might earn millions but when it comes to the proper communication skills with our family and loved ones- we fail this test badly. Think about it ! We forget to enjoy life. We forget to give priority to the people who mean the world to us, We end up hurting the people whom we promised to love our entire life. We are more interested in earning a few extra bucks rather than being present for our loved ones ..We keep running so fast that we forget to notice the beautiful colors of sunrise and sunset. Life becomes a race for many and it affects them so badly that they have all the physical comforts of life but their hearts cry with depression , burn in anger and suffer in the cage of their own ego..
Think about it !
Your over confidence that you and your loved one will live forever and you have plenty of time to make them feel happy and special might be the biggest mistake of your life..
Never take time and your loved ones for granted. Be happy and make others around you smile. This is the only way you can be closer to Peace and the almighty.
